This letter is NOT a commitment on the part of the GBCC organizer to provide financial assistance to any participant or accompanying persons. Expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the participant.

Student/Fellow/Trainee/Nurse must submit the official document attesting to status from the chairperson of department by email or by fax.

Accompanying persons registration includes access ONLY to Welcome Dinner and exhibition, and does not include conference materials.

Survivors registration includes access ONLY to survivor session on October 8, and does not include conference materials.

Confirmation
Please provide an e-mail address when you register, regardless of registration method. It will be used to confirm your registration and update you on any future developments regarding the conference.
We will send the confirmation within 10 days of receipt of the completed registration and payment information. If you do not receive your confirmation within this time frame you may contact us by fax (82-2-6254-8049) or e-mail (gbcc_re@intercom.co.kr).


Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat in writing by e-mail (gbcc_re@intercom.co.kr) or by fax (+82-2- 6254-8049).
2. All refunds will be made after the conference for administrative reasons, and all bank services charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all conference registration refunds.
